Room was clean and spacious. Common spaces and hotel lobby very comfortable.
WI-Fi connection is available only in the lobby and that is quite disappointing if you wan to work on the computer from your room. Bar service was poor and extremely expensive when compared to the fact that they serve just coffees, cappuccinos, and a toast if you're hungry. No selection of cakes nor sandwiches and forget table service. I realized this hotel is a conference oriented place and occasional customers are not provided with all the basic facilities that one's expecting from a four star hotel. I.E. The restaurant was always reserved for a Company/Association and therefore inaccessible to common customers. Breakfast was acceptable tor a three star hotel standards but absolutely not for a four star hotel, especially the service was inadequate, you had almost to beg for being served at the table, also you had to brew yourself coffee or tea from machines while unhelpful waitresses were superintending the process without actually doing nothing if not chatting with each other. A four star hotel must serve beverages at the table and each waiter must be in charge of a group of tables and care for the customers needs. At check out I realized that I was charged €10 more than I expected and I had to show my original reservation on Booked.net, after a quite long research through their files they agreed that I was right They cancelled the previous credit card transaction but they didn't apologize at all for their mistake.

the property was good value with knowledgeable staff that could have better customer service. generally everything was very good, nonetheless the bathroom was cold. this hotel was set in a central area short walk to away from the hustle and religious sites. we stayed for 3 nights here, loved aurelio district.

We loved this place - peaceful hotel.
It was spotlessly clean with competent staff at check-out. Location: the hotel was not far from Conferences and/or groups of tourists, and taxi to Rome which cost 18 €.

Favourable and unbeatable position, I greatly enjoyed staying in this place.
The plentiful and very very good breakfast had variety of meals and the food I tasted was outstanding! Comforts of queen room were fabulous - central heating, a personal safe and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

The pool was a welcome escape from the summer heat, but the breakfast options were consistently below par with stale bread and powdered eggs.

Families will love this place, but not without a few hiccups
The lobby is excellent, lots of places to sit and they have this great outdoor bar area. The rooms are pretty spacious and updated, had a decently comfy bed which really helped me after a long day.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for.
